The beheaded man is Marcel from Umuduno Agbiligba Nanka in Orumba North Local government area of Anambra State He was beheaded Midnight on June 13th.

According to the source, the killers stormed the man’s house at 1am and cut off his head. They were about to run away with the head when the man’s son suddenly came out and attacked them.

They ran away and abandoned their motorcycle, the man’s head and some documents.

The said documents are currently with the police and they have refused to disclose who’s name is on them.

Wow this is scary, I guess you don't even want to imagine coming outside and seeing your dad’s head like that.

Could this be the work of ritualists, enemies or what? If ritualist now go directly to people’s houses we are in trouble oh!

52-year-old Teacher Rapes 5 Year Old Pupil In Classroom

The Lagos State Police Command has arraigned a 52-year-old school teacher, Isaac Ikiabeke, for allegedly raping a 5-year-old pupil in the Ikorodu area.



Ikiabeke, who is the proprietor of the school, Brighter Glory School, located on Etunrere Street, raped his victim after school hours.

The victim, five-year-old Pat (not her real name), said Ikiabeke had allegedly raped her 10 times.

She said,

“He has been doing it for some time. He has done it more than 10 times. I am not the only one. He does it with some of us after school hours. I could not tell anybody because he said if I did he would beat me.”

The victim’s grandfather explained that his attention was drawn to the sexual assault by some of Pat’s classmates.

He said he was shocked, as well as disappointed in Ikiabeke, whom he regarded as a respectable man.

He said,

“Pat and her younger sister stay with me and they attend the school. I never suspected anything initially, except that I observed she would be holding her belly and turning on the bed and when I asked her what happened, she would say she was having stomachache.

“It was one of her classmates that told me what the school owner had been doing to her and I quickly went to report at the station, after which he was arrested.”

The matter has since been brought to the attention of the Lagos State Office of the Public Defender.



A police source said that they got complaints from two victims.



He said a three-year-old pupil, who was equally raped by the suspect, was in a critical condition in a hospital.

He said,

“There were actually two pupils that we were told he raped. The atrocity had been going on for a long time before he was arrested.”

Pat has since been taken to the hospital for treatment.



The police on Monday arraigned Ikiabeke before a Yaba Chief Magistrates’ Court on one count of unlawful sexual intercourse.

The charge read,

“That you, Isaac Ikiabeke, on June 9, 2015, at about 3pm, at Brighter Glory School, Etunrere Street, Ikorodu, Lagos, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did have unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, (name withheld) aged five years and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 258 (1) of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, Nigeria, 2011.”

The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge and elected summary trial.



The case was adjourned till August 10, 2015.

Boyfriend Inserts Pepper Into Lover’s Private Parts (PIC)

A 34-year-old man, Solomon Ajisafe, has been arrested by the police for allegedly torturing his girlfriend, Tope Amuda, in the Igbo Olomu, Ikorodu West area of Lagos State.

PUNCH Metro learnt that Solomon, together with his mother, a leader in the Oodua People’s Congress, and some hoodlums flogged Amuda with canes for alleged adultery.

Our correspondents were told that afterwards, she was taken round the community, before ground pepper was allegedly inserted in her private parts.

The incident happened last Sunday at about 7pm on Aminu Toyin Street.

A resident, who identified herself only as Adunni, told PUNCH Metro that attempts made by neighbours to stop the torture was rebuffed by the OPC.

Adunni said Amuda, a 25-year-old Osun State indigene, lost her mind due to the trauma she suffered.

She said, “They did not allow anybody to rescue her. They made jest of her for hours as they took her round the community. I saw her; she was speaking to herself and was incoherent. That was when I discovered that she had lost her mind.”

The General Secretary, Igbo Olomu Community Development Association, and Coordinator, Women Arise Initiative in the area, Adebayo Obatungbase, said she reported the matter at the Igbo Olomu Police Division.

She said the community was planning to send away Solomon’s mother, whose name was given simply as Mrs. Ajisafe, from the community.

She said, “The suspect’s mother calls herself a prophetess, but she is also a member of the OPC. We have decided to send her away from this community.”

The Chairman, Igbo Olomu CDA, Michael Adekoya, described the incident as “sheer acts of wickedness.”

He said, “The police are trying, but we need special attention from the government. This community has turned to something else. Why would a normal human being insert pepper in a woman’s private parts?”

However, Solomon told our correspondents that he only slapped his girlfriend, adding that they had been dating for the past four years without anything to show for the relationship.

He said, “I am a hardworking man and I had a son before I met her. We have dated for four years and during that period; there was no child between us. She has been a thorn in my flesh because she always made trouble with my family.

“She later fought with my mother and because of that, she decided to pack out of the house. Nine months later, she returned and said she was three months pregnant for me. That was when I beat her. I confessed to the police that I beat her up, but it was only a slap which made her eye to swell.”

Solomon’s sister-in-law, Ayomide Ajayi, a nursing mother, who was equally arrested, told PUNCH Metro she was innocent.

Ajayi, 27, said, “I don’t know anything about the allegation. You can ask her.”

But the victim, Amuda, insisted that Solomon and his family members tortured her.

Amuda, who spoke in Yoruba, said, “He and his family members used bottle to insert pepper into my private parts. I am done with this relationship. Let everybody go their separate ways.”

A police source told one of our correspondents it was possible Amuda was also flogged with a charm.

The source said, “When we picked her from the general hospital, she could barely walk. They really dealt with her and she has been giving us some useful information on their occult operation.”

Our correspondents learnt that the Office of the Public Defender had equally shown interest, leading to the arraignment of Solomon and Ayomide before an Ikorodu Magistrate’s Court on three counts of assault.

The charges read in part, “That you, Solomon Ajisafe, Ayomide Ajayi and others now at large, on June 14, 2015, at about 7pm on Aminu Toyin Street, Igbo-Olomu, Lagos, in the Ikorodu Magisterial District, did assault one Opeyemi Amuda by beating her with cane all over her body; that you indecently and unlawfully assault her by inserting pepper and a bottle inside her vagina, which caused her bodily harm.”

The defendants pleaded not guilty.

I Never Imagined My Three Friends Could Gang Rape Me(Pictures)

In an act, which has shocked residents of a neighbourhood in Iju area of Lagos, three friends – Habeeb Adisa (25), Kehinde Aderinoye (25) and Ilyas Ogundimu (27) – have raped one of their female neighbours, a young woman,who is their close friend in the neighbourhood.

The victim, 19-year-old Adenike (not real name), a hair stylist, volunteered to speak with Saturday PUNCH, saying she summoned the courage to speak about her ordeal because she did not want them to go free and do the same to someone else.

Narrating how she was violated by the three men whom she trusted most in their neighbourhood, Adenike told our correspondent that not once did she suspect within the two years she knew them that they had such a heinous plan for her.

Calmly, but with a lot of anger and pain showing in her eyes, Adenike said, “I became friends with them as neighbours two years ago when my mother first rented an apartment in the area.

“Kehinde began to make advances to me. But I told him we were friends and did not want to be in a relationship with him. I have always rejected his advances.

“Later he would tell Habeeb and Ilyas to approach me to appeal on his behalf to accept his proposal, but I made them to understand that I could not go out with him. But we still talked and sat together in the neighbourhood as friends.”

Unknown to Adenike, the gentle disposition of her three friends was just a façade for the plan they had hatched on how to sexually assault her.

On Wednesday, June 17, 2015, an opportunity presented itself for the rapist friends to put their plan to work.

Adenike said, “In the morning of that day, around 9.30am, I went over Kehinde’s house like I usually did sometimes when I had nothing to do at home. I trusted them completely and usually went there to while away the time.

“Habeeb and Ilyas were there also. We were just talking when Habeeb suddenly came to me and picked me up. He threw me on the bed and I told him that I didn’t like that kind of play. I said, ‘If this is part of your playful habit I am not up for it.’

“But as he threw me on the bed, before I could stand up, he lay on me and pinned me down firmly. Kehinde quickly came over and started to remove my underwear. That was when I knew what they wanted to do. I struggled with them but they pinned me down and took turns To Molest me.

When I was screaming, one of them quickly went to the CD player, which was on at the time and turned on the music to maximum volume so that it would drown out my voice.”

When they finished, the three friends smiled in relish, it was learnt. They told their prey to pretend that what happened to her was a mere sexual encounter.

“They told me to just forget what happened and keep it between the four of us. But I realised that if I was afraid of stigma and kept it to myself, they would walk free and even boast to their friends about what they did to me. They would surely do it to someone else,” Adenike said.

Bruised and battered, Adenike summoned the courage to approach someone she trusted in the neighbourhood and narrated what happened to her. She was immediately advised to go to the Iju Police Division and report the incident.

As soon as she reported, some landlords in the area rose in the men’s defence.

Adenike’s mother said that because the parents of the rapists are landlords in the area, they first threatened her that if she decided to make the issue a police case, she would lose.

But on Thursday, after the police had arrested the suspects, our correspondent witnessed as families of the culprits and other residents of the area came out to the police station to beg Adenike’s mother.

Adenike’s case highlights the increasing incidence of sexual offences in Nigeria, where majority of sexual offences go unreported.

On Friday, the spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, Mr. Kenneth Nwosu, told our correspondent that the suspects had been charged to court.

Nigerian Prostitutes Trafficking Ring That Uses 'juju' Smashed By Spanish Police

A human trafficking ring that uses juju to hoodwink Nigerian ladies to work as prostitutes in European and Asian countries has been smashed by the police in Spain.

The pimping ring, according to reports, is run by some Nigerians with their ring leader identified as Tina Osahon from Edo State, herself said to be a former prostitute.

The sex trafficking ring is said to use rituals, including animal and human sacrifice, to force ladies recruited from Nigeria into prostitution in the countries.

Aside Osahon, six other traffickers were arrested while four of the victims were freed, reports the police.
The women who told police they were recruited with the promise of good jobs in such countries, went to Europe on dangerous, makeshift boats, were recruited in Nigeria, but the truth would soon dawn on them when they get to their destination and are made to swear to dangerous oaths and forced into prostitution but with the provision that they pay up a certain amount, usually between €50,000 to €70,000, to the ring before they are set free.

Authorities said the traffickers attempted to keep the women submissive by performing 'tribal rituals' in Nigeria that sometimes involved 'animal sacrifice.'

The freed women said they pimps used their nail clippings and locks of hair to convince them that they had been placed under a spell so they would do everything asked of them, under the threat of death to them or their family.

See pictures of Nigerian Woman Shot Dead By White Boyfriend

A 24-year-old Nigerian woman, Mariam Folashade Adebayo, has been shot dead by her white boyfriend in Germantown, Maryland, USA, reports Montgomery County Police.

The report has it that Adebayo and her 27-year-old boyfriend, Donald Wayne Bricker, had an argument at the parking lot of a Target retail store and the argument got out hand when Bricker pulled out a gun and shot at her before fleeing in a white pick-up truck.

Police received multiple 911 calls about the shooting and when officers arrived the scene, they found Adebayo unconscious and rushed her to a hospital where she battled to stay alive for a few hours before giving up the ghost.

The police officers were given a description of the car Bricker fled in and it was broadcast on the radio for all officers to be on the alert.

The truck was later located and given chase when Bricker refused to stop for officers. He later had a crash and was arrested.

It was gathered from family members that Adebayo and Bricker had dated for only six months and she had to call off the affair when he would not stop beating her.

Police say the estranged lovers had planned to meet at the shopping center to talk when tempers flared leading to her murder. She was University of Maryland graduate of Public Health.

According to a LNB reader, who sent in the report and story, the mother of this child, brutally attacked her this morning at their home in Benin because according to her, she was slow to get ready for school. 

The LNB reader, who is a neighbour to the mother and child, said she constantly maltreats her children, two girls and a boy aged 8, 6 and 5 and beats them with wire, wood, rod etc. The neighbours went to rescue this girl after hearing her shouts for help this morning. Amazing story of how a mother re-united with the son she left behind in Boko Haram camp

Margaret, a mother of 5 (pictured above) was abducted with two of her children, a son Jacob and daughter Halima from her village in Damboa Borno state late last year. She was taken to a Boko Haram camp where she met another abductee, Hauwa. Worried and unsettled about the safety and well being of her other children aged six, eight and ten she left behind when she was abducted, Margaret took the risk and fled the sect members camp with her daughter, handing over her son to Hauwa who she begged to look after him for her.

20 year old Hauwa, (pictured above) took care of the child and another child while in Boko Haram captivity, claiming the children as hers and using them to disguise that she was a married woman.
Margaret lived with the agony of not knowing where her young son and Hauwa were but as fate will have it, Hauwa and her son were among those rescued from Sambisa Forest recently and taken to an Internally Displaced Persons camp where they both met and reunited.

Meet The 9 Prison Inmates To Be Executed At Midnight Today In Indonesia

Rodrigo Gularte, 49, Brazil:

Gularte was convicted of smuggling six kilograms of cocaine stashed in his surfing gear in 2004.

He was detained along with two other men, but took the blame for the covert drug operation, and was sentenced to death one year later.

The Gularte family have tried without success to obtain clemency for him by saying doctors have classed him as paranoid schizophrenic, which would normally see him transferred to a psychiatric facility.

His lawyer said he would continue his fight to stop the execution and was due to launch a last-ditch bid for mercy.

If the execution goes ahead as planned, Gularte will be the second Brazilian to be executed under Indonesia's tough crackdown on drug smuggling.

Relatives and friends said Gularte had spent most of his time alone at Nusakambangan prison, on the execution island, talking to the walls, imagining ghosts or hearing voices.

Gularte was born into a wealthy family in the southern Brazilian city of Foz do Iguaco.

He was a keen surfer and relatives remember him as a kind young boy who slipped into depression, and became involved in drugs after his parents divorced when he was 13.



Mary Jane Fiesta Veloso, 30, Phillipines

A Filipino migrant worker who was sentenced to death in October 2010 for smuggling 2.6 kilograms of heroin into Jogjakarata from Malaysia.

She is the only female and has spent the shortest amount of time on death row.

Born to a poor family in the Philippines, Veloso is a single mother of two boys who insists she went to Indonesia for a job as a maid and was duped by an international drug syndicate.

Veloso says she was first offered a job by a friend in Malaysia, but upon her arrival she was told the work was actually in Indonesia so immediately flew there.

She claims the heroin was secretly hidden in her suitcase in Malaysia




Silvester Obiekwe Nwolise, 47, Nigeria:


Sentenced to death for smuggling 1.2 kilograms of heroin into Indonesia from Pakistan in 2004.

Obiekwe was reportedly running a drug ring while on death row, outraging authorities who ordered he face the firing squad as soon as possible.

His wife Fatimah claimed Obiekwe was unemployed in Nigeria's largest city, Lagos, before being lured to Pakistan on the promise of a quick-paying job but was duped.

According to his wife, once in Pakistan Obiekwe was asked to swallow capsules he was told contained goat horn powder, and fly to Indonesia.

Ms Fatimah, who is Indonesian, described Obiekwe as just a 'poor courier'.

The pair met in prison in 2007 when she accompanied a friend who was visiting another inmate, according to reports.

They married that year and have since had two children, now five and three.





Okwudili Oyatanze, 41, Nigeria:

Oyatanze was arrested in 2001 for trying to smuggle 1.15 kilograms of heroin, in his stomach, through Jakarta's international airport from Pakistan.

He was convicted the following year and sentenced to death.

Known in Indonesia's penal system as the 'Death Row Gospel Singer', Oyatanze was the front man for a band comprising prison inmates.

He has written songs and released multiple albums from inside jail.

Oyatanze, born in southeastern Nigeria, reportedly launched a garment business in 1999 and travelled to Indonesia to buy clothing to market in Nigeria.

When the business collapsed, he found himself steeped in debt.

Seizing a chance to earn some easy money, Oyatanze travelled to Pakistan to become a courier.

The drug smuggling plan reportedly involved swallowing capsules of heroin before boarding a flight to Jakarta.





Zainal Abidin, Indonesia:

Zainal Abidin, from Palembang in south Sumatra, was caught in 2001 possessing 58.7 kilograms of marijuana.

His original life sentence was upgraded that same year to death for his role in the massive operation on the well-travelled Aceh-to-Java drugs smuggling route.

Indonesian authorities at the time of his arrest were cracking down on the marijuana trade, believing the proceeds from sales were being used to fund the Free Aceh Movement of north Sumatra.

He was sentenced to death in December 2001.



Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran, Australia:

In a Bali hotel room almost a decade ago, two young Australian men strapped packages of heroin to the bodies of four nervous drug couriers – one package around each thigh and another to the back of their waists.

Andrew Chan, then 21, and Myuran Sukumaran, 24, both from Sydney, weren’t taking the risk of personally smuggling more than 8kg of heroin to Australia. They were the organisers of a Bali “holiday” for seven other young Australians. They gave the orders, booked flights and accommodation, picked up the heroin, even bought loose, gaudy tourist shirts to cover up the drugs.

The Bali Nine, as they are now known, had been followed by Indonesian police since the day they arrived in the tourist mecca – tipped off by Australian federal police. Chan was arrested at the airport with the four couriers on 17 April 2005 – Renae Lawrence, Martin Stephens, Scott Rush and Michael Czugaj – just before boarding a flight to Sydney. Sukumaran was arrested the same night in a Bali hotel room with three other would-be mules.

The couriers admitted their crimes and are serving life or 20-year prison sentences. But Chan and Sukumaran denied they had anything to do with the scheme and blamed the drug mules for scapegoating them. The extensive surveillance, phone records and the evidence of the couriers made their denials unbelieveable. In 2006 they were sentenced to death by firing squad.




Raheem Agbaje Salami, 50, Nigeria:


Salami was caught smuggling 5.3 kilograms of heroin into Indonesia in 1998.

Salami, who initially was wrongly said to have come from Spain, spent five years believing that he would one day be released.

He had been sentenced, in 1999, to a life term by the Surabaya District Court in East Java for bringing the stash of heroin through Surabaya airport.

In 2006, however, the Supreme Court upgraded his sentence to death.




Martin Anderson, 50, Nigeria:

Anderson, also known as Belo, was sentenced to death in 2004 after being convicted of possessing 50 grams of heroin in Jakarta in November, 2003.

He had travelled to Indonesia on a fake Ghanaian passport.

Frenchman Serge Atlaoui, who was due to face the firing squad, was given a last-minute, two-week reprieve.

Shocking ! 23 Year Old Female Arrested For Stabbing Colleague To Death During An Argument (Photo)

Yusuf Monsurat (23), a student of D.S. Adegbenro Polytechnic, Itori, Ogun State pictured above has been arrested by the Ogun state Police command for stabbing her colleague, Eric Moses, to death in their school hostel following an argument on March 17th.

According to Tribune, Monsurat who claims not to know how the incident happened, was a close friend of the deceased until she began to suspect him of being a cult member.

This made her withdraw from him and even withdrew more after Eric confessed to her that he was indeed a cult member.

Monsurat says she had a dream on the day of the incident and in the dream, she saw Moses and herself engaged in a quarrel, and Moses slapped her in the dream.

She said as soon as she woke up, she approached one of her friends who she narrated her dream to.

As she was narrating her story, she said Moses overheard, approached her and picked a quarrel with her.

An argument ensued and before she knew it, Moses began beating her.

She claims Moses then picked up a knife to stab her but she defended herself and the knife pierced his neck, leading to his death.

“I am from Kwara State. I am in my second year studying Business Administration. I can’t really remember what happened. Only God knows. He was my hostel mate.

Sincerely, speaking, I can’t really remember anything. God knows. I have not been feeling fine.

It is just like a dream. We had a normal argument that could come up between students that day.

I sat in front of my room when he came. All I remember was that he wanted to stab me with a knife.

We started struggling with the knife and in the process of defending myself, the knife pierced his chest.

He later fell. I don’t know what came over him that made him take a knife to want to stab me.”she said

Ogun state Police command spokesperson, Olumuyiwa Adejobi confirmed the incident and said she will be charged to court soon.
